I was very pleasantly surprised to happen upon, today Sept. 26, 2025, a recent video of the amazing U.S. Navy hero Phil Tourney, survivor of the June 8, 1967 attack on the U.S.S. Liberty, speaking before the Mises Institute (mises.org) in Auburn, Alabama. I would be very surprised if the YouTube video of Tourney’s talk lasts very long, but you can also find it in the search bar at https://mises.org/podcasts/revisionist-history-war-conference/attack-uss-liberty.

My heart also goes out to the brave men of the USS Liberty.
But I’m glad no accusations were made against Israel in this interview. The conspiracy theory that Israel attacked the Liberty on purpose is worse than tiring. It’s ludicrous. It’s a blood libel.
Israel attacked the Liberty by accident. They admitted this decades ago. Charlie Kirk understood this. President Trump understands this. Like all good patriots should.
