The three rich Jews didn’t care at all that two goyim had been tortured and murdered by Jews. They didn’t think that other Jews who would be tempted to commit ritual murder should be deterred by the execution of these guilty Jews. They didn’t think that the guilty Jews should be punished. They didn’t even think that the guilty Jews should be prevented from doing it again.

The three rich Jews cared only about preventing the execution of Jews.

After their release, the guilty Jews may actually have committed ritual murder and torture again—and again—and again.
