“Anti-Semitic” speech is protected by the First Amendment.
If people in certain States are being charged with a crime because of things they have said about Israel or the Jews this is dangerously unlawful and we need to make an issue of it.
Years ago the ACLU would have made an issue of this. But that was when American Jews claimed to be Americans with a different religion.
