AI is not free, people should stop thinking that way, the hardware cost alot and the power, one article wrote and average request to AI cost 2,3 kWh if you know what that is, run a 1000 watt application for 2,3 hours. Someone pays for the hardware and power, i think its very heavy sponsored they still train the AI with billions users, one day AI usage will not be free anymore, but it will be used to micromanage us all, in the coming technocracy.
AI is very expensive, there was recently and article they build 2 serverfarms in silicon valley which need 100MW to run, but they dont have the power so it stays offline.
Will happen more often, or they take the power from the people, we will be limited.
