Two laws jump out at us: 18 U.S. Code 2381 Treason and 18 U.S. Code 2384 Seditious Conspiracy. The relevant punishments, with no statute of limitations range from “imprisonment for no less than 5 years, imprisonment for no more than 20 years, and shall suffer death”. All three sound fitting for the Obama Cartel that huddled in December 2017 to ratchet up their coup against the government of the United States.
