SALUTE TO DENNIS JAMES; Host Mark Anderson returns to recognize the legacy of C. Dennis James, a noted former US Taxpayers Party of Michigan president who passed away June 24, 2019. He worked with Anderson in 2002-2006 to produce a unique quarterly newspaper, The Herald Republic. This paper, Anderson recalls, had quite an impact in southwest Michigan thanks in no small measure to James’ political science expertise and his “news junkie” radar which gave him a “nose” for good story angles. This newspaper, like Dennis himself, aided Anderson’s transition from conventional to alternative media. Mr. James will be sorely missed for the strong principles he brought forth, as discussed in-depth today.
