Ron Avery filled in for Mark Anderson today and discussed “property tax” with his guest, Doug Kirk of Comal County, Texas. Doug has an on-going lawsuit against the Comal Appraisal District that was filed in 2018. https://sueit.org/kvccad.html
Data shows that the Appraisal District cannot justify their appraisal based upon what their own office staff have set the value at in 2019. If you study this chart (link below) you will see that the Appraisal District has already set the value of Kirk’s property at $277,340 while the District is trying to justify in court the value of $511,000 for the same year of 2019 which has come and gone. https://sueit.org/7yr-appraisal-chart-settlement-3.pdf
