Ron reviewed the US Constitutional provisions that allow any state to regulate its own immigration, except the federal government has authority to prevent too much immigration by any state after the year 1808. He also showed the provision that requires Biden to enforce Title 8 border laws no matter what he thinks about the need for “comprehensive immigration reform.”
Ron showed that this non-enforcement cannot be a “policy” of any president and the refusal to execute the law is dissolution of the federal government and that it is now dissolved and legally non-existent:

Ron then read the summary of federal Title 8 border law and showed that no immigration reform needs to be done but rather enforcement is all that is needed to preserve the property of the people of the United States and properly assimilate immigrants:
