Ron continued his discussion of who has authority to regulate the border of any state in the union including border states. Ron has shown that it is the state, not the federal government, which has authority to regulate its borders and determine how many aliens are admitted to cross its border. The federal government only has authority to close a border of any state if too many aliens are coming in but it has no authority to keep borders open where a state wants to close them. The foregoing is shown at Article 1 Section 9 of the US Constitution. Other than that, the federal government can only make uniform rules on naturalization shown at Article 1 Section 8 Clause 3. That’s it! The federal government has no authority to cut the fences or razor wire put up by the state of Texas. The federal government must assist in closing the border if called upon to do so under Article 4 Section 4 of the US Constitution. But the state can determine the number of aliens to admit per year and close the border down tight after that and declare a moratorium on immigration until the citizens can recuperate from the flood of aliens caused by state dereliction of duty and federal tyranny encouraged by the global bankarchy’s unlawful vision of a borderless world.
