Ron commented on Memorial Day celebrations and movies that honor those who died in combat. And that’s good but none of the movies ever get around to talking about the ideas at stake and what could have caused these wars that have killed so many. He lamented that it seems futile that the masses never learn why anything happens they simple respond to each event.
Ron then defined lawful government and said that is the only kind that should be defended. James, one of the six callers, said there are only two reasons to go to war and that is foreign invasion and attack on basic natural rights. Then Ron defined the principle of lawful taxation and showed why “property tax” is not a lawful tax but confiscation of property which is contradictory to the purpose of lawful government.
Then Mitchell from Tennessee called and agreed with an earlier program with Mark Anderson where in Ron said we cannot file any form that will make us free under our present tyrannical system. This stirred up the followers of those who say we can change our status with governments by filing forms and make ourselves free again.
Ron promised he would investigate Ron Gibson and his work on land patents and allodial titles and relationship of human to government. Ron stated his initial question is: Why attempt to make an allodial title when all property in every state of the union is allodial and unalienable to begin with and cannot be altered unless conquered by William the Norman?

PS – The state uses a different definition of allodial than then common man of 1776. Allodial title simply meant unalienable property, not state property.
