Those of you who are honest callers – give! If you listen or your call in then you are using the services and the hardware and Mike and Julie should not have to ask. They cannot afford to service callers as though this is a charity.

Leila, to garnish funds, those who advertise on RBN should pay a fee each time their adverts feature. I gather from conversation way back that Statdmiller did not want this but it is inevitable. Also, the regulars (all shows) who love to yap without saying anything constructive and take up our time must pay a quota the keep the machinery going. Why should I be tortured by Fran from North Carolina when she has nothing to say.
I’m curious to know how many listeners RBN actually has on a daily basis. Do they really need to have services on 24 seven that doesn’t make a lot of sense and I’m sure it’s costly. $3000 a week sounds quite expensive for this type of broadcasting. You’ll notice almost every site out there is asking for money – Hal Turner, Wikipedia on and on -there’s paywall‘s for most information!! I get it. It does cost money to do this, but all that’s doing is sucking money out of peoples pocket they don’t have and they’re really is no actionable information people can use and their daily lives.

No, I disagree. The comment by Bob is not trash. It does make sense in many ways, particular as you are constantly begging for money. Focus, fine tune and get rid of some shows which are really bad.

No actionable information is correct. I almost never hear anything useful when I randomly listen in.

I will say, the most interesting show. I’ve heard lately was Karen Q on history, but I think stuff on American history needs to be balanced with actionable intelligence and strategic/tactical organizing that equips Americans right now to save our liberty and our country. if a particular outlet is basically just a place for people to chitchat, not providing solutions worthy of the crisis we are in, then people turnelsewhere.

I donate via ‘snail mail’ using cash. The disadvantage is I get no feedback that my donation gets through. I do have a return address on my letters and often include a comment card (to conceal it). I was getting the shows via iTunes as podcasts , that link seems to be broken. I now manually download files. I regular listen to Jim Fetzer, Michael Storm, Monica, Mer, and my fav. Patrick Slattery + others. If they could occasionally mention getting cash donations I would feel something is getting through.
Hey Mike the station manager, RBN is an echo chamber with NO actionable information to change any macro world politics!!! Our local small world is where to focus our energies. Money spent on the same talk over and over of fake and fraudulent headlines or what the liar and chief says is an effort in futility! I like to help RBN but the money is down the drain quickly with nothing to show for it!! No real community here, no action plan for taking back our Govco! So…….. you may want to try to find other ways to have money coming in with new advertisers. I hear the same advertisement over and over I mean, who is actually buying a carcass carrier.??

I completely understand what’s going on. That’s why I am not hysterical about it and that’s why I have taken an action plan of my own to win and not surround myself with loser conversations. Any of you ever taken some of this information and used it to invest or to prepare and way that has paid off or just to drain more money from your pocket?
Hey Mike, Julie and Sam since you’re always asking for money and that’s fine. Why don’t you give us a rundown of the actual cost? Cost for hardware cost for upkeep cost for employees. Since this is a truth seeking organization, I would think that your books would be open and people could see just how much money is being spent and how much money is needed monthly that would help out great greatly.
By the way, Mike I think I’m banned because every time I call your station it simply hangs up immediately. Call does not go through – any other of my calls go through immediately. Hmmm Maybe you can’t handle the truth.
I would recommend rbn archives go behind a paywall for $5 or $7 dollars a month. Give a free 7 day free trial for new listeners and keep the live listen link free because I assume the archives are a big reason how so many people listen

It’s not a great idea and it is a tough plan.
They (RBN) tried it a long while back in the teens (2015-???) and it didn’t really work.
It takes a lot of effort and infrastructure, and it is very small return.

I suppose you’re right, I did not consider that. Yes I do remember that episode of Seinfeld… I imagine rbn would have a hard time getting a credit card processor for monthly subscriptions, which leaves a slew of small amount checks to cash.
You’re fine… the credit card processors (Merchant Accounts) take their 3% and that’s on top of fees from the credit card banks (which generally doubles or triples that), so it’s always a little tricky to run subscriptions. It’s best to save up a little and send it in as cash or a check. Everything is greatly appreciated, but, it’s best to be savvy.
One thing is clear: if you guys do decide to end rbn because of funding, it would really be unfair to all the listeners in the past who have donated thousands upon thousands of their money, which many common folk are struggling with, to keep rbn afloat.

Sorry I didn’t mean for my comment to come across as a slight. I was thinking of what Jeremy in Kentucky said in a recent broadcast at the time when he said if not enough funds are raised then poof, the network will be gone one day when you try to tune in.
