Hour 2 – Susan and I introduced Gillian from Arizona. Gillian Goslinga, a former professor of cultural anthropology and science studies, has been disabled since 2014 by wireless electrosmog, dirty electricity and other environmental toxins.
For the past year and a half, Billy Harvey of Runnin W Wildlife Center and Gillian have organized sections of their community in Cornville, north central Arizona, against an AT&T / Tilson Technology Management mega monoelm tower proposed for the mouth of Cornville’s rural riparian valley. The proposed site is up against a kindergarten, Billy’s wildlife recovery sanctuary and critical Oak Creek wetland habitats, home to dozens of listed endangered species and also a rare desert riparian migratory corridor for monarchs, hummingbirds and other long route birds. The proposed monster tower would be an obvious violation of both NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act of 1969) and NHPA (National Historic Preservation Act of 1966.) With Susan and Paul’s assistance and a lot of hard work, they have been able to halt AT&T’s construction of the proposed monster tower. Overall and excellent discussion on what we can do to stop Big Tech’s smart city infrastructure AND what to do also in rural areas. Paul G with WireAmerica.org joined us around 8:15 CT. Better than 4G or 5G, there is Paul G, the founder of Wire America at wireamerica.org. Wire America™ is a call to action and a citizen journalist and advocacy organization that is dedicated to preserving local control over Wired Broadband and Wireless Telecommunications infrastructure. Local communities must retain the freedom to integrate the best Broadband options for their residents. Wire America has successfully worked at the federal, state and local levels to tame the unnecessary, dense deployment of 4G/5G so-called “small” Wireless Telecommunications Facilities (sWTFs) in residential neighborhoods. We had a very lively discussion – this show is information packed. Susan gave out her email at the end if anyone is interested in using their effective strategies in their communities. s.1234567@yahoo.com
