Hour 1 – Host Ingri opened the show with some breaking news for memorial weekend but ran out of time to talk about the unbelievable housing and govt funding of illegals that is now a crisis in our cities. After the first commercial break, Ingri brought on her guest, Doc Mike Witort of https://wakeupwell.org 630-613-8537. For a more detailed bio and his background story, see the April 29, 2023 archives. Mike started out life being coaxed into eating sugar treats and soon became a full blown sugar junkie. Mike was also a pianist and star athlete but the sugar habit caused him many problems until he literally ended up in a psych ward on some serious pharmaceutical drugs. His website goes into more detail about how he healed himself and then passionately started to help others do the same.
