He has been an Activist Against Forced Vaccination since 2015, when SB 277 was in the works in CA. He has filed many civil rights, criminal complaints and FOIA requests to local, state and federal agencies including the Dept. of Justice, HHS and President Trump, among other authorities. Ricardo has done everything he can to stop the government’s vaccine agenda, while exposing all the fraud behind the vaccine phrase “safe and effective.”
Ricardo recently exposed the Pro-Coerced Vaccination Activists’ apparatus for discrediting and destroying anyone against mandatory vaccines, focusing on the work by Law Professor Dorit Reiss.
