Free speech is a fundamental value in the USA. If it is not being allowed it means we are an occupied country. I have been censored a number of times on You Tube lately. Speech they call “hate speech” in my case has not been hateful. And even if it were, what is the Constitutional basis for “hate speech”? Sincerity is the criterion for legality by the Constitution. The basis is the innate dignity of the individual. If you have a sincere complaint regarding governmental power you have the right to voice it on in public. Period.
