On February 3, 2019, the Trump Phenomenon show celebrates the amazing, and little realized, fact that America is the ONLY nation on Earth with a First Amendment freedom of speech. The only one! Every other nation that pretends to have free speech actually only has “permitted speech”. Which is to say….NO free speech. Our Bill of Rights and our First Amendment have never been matched by any other nation. And, as we take a call from Europe today, we reflect on the scary fact that thousands of patriots are in jail today in Europe for saying or writing something as harmless as “these immigrants are destroying our nation and are a threat to our survival as a people.” That statement can lead to prosecution anywhere in Europe. This horrible reality puts an urgent responsibility on us Americans to use the real free speech, pieces of which we still have, to defend free speech everywhere in our European lands. Be it noted that freedom of speech is an exclusively European idea, an idea having no existence or history at all among non-European peoples.
