The cloud-seeding project is regulated by the state of Texas to artificially create rain. The questions explored today are: Since we’ve been able to create rain for nearly 100 years, why isn’t rain being openly and urgently created, amid heavy publicity, in Arizona during the current serious wildfires? Why aren’t cloud seeding and other known means of creating rain being routinely used regularly whenever California’s wildfires once again erupt, or beforehand whenever dry seasons are known to be approaching?
