Ron introduced his new perception of the meaning of Article 1 Section 2 of the de facto Texas Constitution of 1876 that denies authority to the pre-de facto as well as the de facto state to impede, arrest, or attack any individual or group who is seeking to replace the pre-de facto or de facto state government with a republic. Ron proves that making new government in the form of a republic is not a matter of war but of study, drafting, and ratification which we should all be about doing.
