Over man and under man, or higher man and lower man, correspond to voluntary nature and behaviour of people not to race.

Like best man and worst man, or super (or superb) man and sub par man.

The devil began as an angel but by choice of falling into low or morally negative thinking and behaviour he rejected and abdicated his nature and role as an angel who is created for and serves God and God’s will, and he became an evil or cast out angel, the devil.

.

For example heroism, high virtue, Christian and high ideals and flourishing of European civilization values, are a high character and behaviour of man.

Or low or lack of virtue, or materialism, or degeneracy, or criminality, are a low type of character and behaviour of man.

.

And the germans specifically said that these higher ideal, and lower negative ways of being of people, are found in all races but in some more than others, and can usually be developed or changed with good example or rehabilitation etc.

The jews obviously are a bad example to themselves and everyone, and influence themselves and all nations of people mostly negatively.

Many people of the chosen low way of living are jews or people who have been influenced by them, and their influence in any nation commonly has this negative effect of leading to less of higher qualities of people and so less of the higher people, and to more of the lower qualities of people and so more of lower quality people.

Mainly because jews do this on purpose to subvert and destroy the good nation and people that exist, so that foreign invader jews can take over the nations and people everywhere, instead of building their own nation and people as good, which they do not do.

It is about choice of lifestyle, and thinking, not innate or at least not unable to be improved to higher man.

Although teaching a good, or bad way of life and thinking and behaviour can be passed through generations, by teaching.

Also the higher way of being should be encouraged, think of it as being like high or ideal civilization.

And the lower way of being should be discouraged and deterrered, and things like degeneracy should be prevented or discriminated against or have penalties, and criminality should be punished.

In order to create and bring about the highest and best nation and people and civilization that we can.
And to prevent and deter and impede the less good, and the bad, or negative, etc. and the nation and people being lower or declining and degenerating and being bad.

As for race, we should preserve our race, and not try to destroy races (as jews and their servants try to do to us by killing or childlessness or birth reduction or race mixing) and all the races are created by God and should seek to exist and preserve their existence.

Yes european nations and people as a whole are a high people in nature and thinking and behaviour.

Although currently there is a fall and we have to overcome it.
