Co-host: Paul Fromm | An important ratio is this one: 1,000 to 1. That’s approximately, I think, the relative size of the 66,000,000 voters who climbed aboard the Trump Train in the last two years and the 50,000 voters that a White nationalist candidate was able to attract on Nov. 8, 2016. That means that every good patriotic accomplishment that he actually delivers to our people has about 1,000 times the actual effectiveness compared with anything our very small movement has EVER actually accomplished. Among the lessons contained in that 1,000 to 1 ratio are these: 1) it’s critically important that we LEARN from Trump’s success why his strategy for reaching White voters is so much more successful than ours, and; 2) that we NOT put our own seats on the Trump Train (that is our good relationship with this YUUUGE mobilized group of our kinsmen) at peril by making mistakes that FORCE the 66,000,000 on the Trump Train to have to decide whether they want us on THEIR train. We need to be as honestly critical of our successes and failures as General Robert E. Lee himself was when he tendered his resignation to President Jefferson Davis after his calamitous strategic mistake at Gettysburg in ordering General Pickett’s division to charge uphill across open ground into the massed Union artillery and center. Repeat your successes, but please don’t repeat your catastrophes.
